Shipping policy

Custom-made items finished by a vendor using my custom design (such as personalized Christmas ornaments) and print-on-demand items ship from various locations, based on where they are finished, and are dispatched by the vendor according to their policies.

Originals and already finished items shipping from my studio will be given to the carrier within 3-5 business days of the settled transaction.

Custom items such as name paintings will be completed on a first come, first served basis and shipped within 3-5 business days of completion.

The timeframes stated above may change for individual orders based on unexpected circumstances including, but not limited to, weather delays, earthquakes, carrier disruptions, or studio operational disruptions. If they do change I will make every effort to contact you to let you know.
